The 24-hour reception desk, managed by the lovely Samia and her team, ensured a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. the laundry service was prompt and efficient, allowing me to freshen up my wardrobe during my extended visit. Exploring the historical medina and its attractions was made convenient by the hotel's ideal location, with the main sights just a short taxi ride away. the accessibility to bicycle rental further enhanced my exploration of the city's rich heritage. My stay was comfortable, enriching, and memorable, thanks to the hotel's commitment to combining tradition with modern convenience.
